Shipping Information

All items will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself. All Domestic and international orders ship USPS priority. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $5 and $35 for all international orders. Please note: A Signature is required upon delivery of all orders. Otherwise your order may be returned back us and you will be responsible for any further shipping cost. Please allow 2-4 days for processing all orders. 

***If signature is requested to be removed from delivery. You waive ShopVIP's responsibility of any lost. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

ShopVIP offers Exchanges ONLY (NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS). Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving order to receive a Exchange. After the 9th day the item is considered final sale. Please note: store Exchanges does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of ShopVIP’s error.  Swimwear and Accessories are Final Sale.
